I'm new. I started a Michigan Foosball Map & need help!
« on: August 22, 2009, 01:44:35 AM »
OK.

I'm new around here, and I decided to create a google map of Foosball tables in Michigan. Because I live near Detroit I started there, but it would help if anyone from michigan or detroit could add to the map. It's pretty easy to add, and I'm noting the bar quality and the table quality on the map. Eventually I hope to take photos of each bar/table, and make that part of the map. One day I hope to have a comprehensive map of Foosball tables in every major city in the US and abroad....but that's going to take a while...HELP!

Thanks for your help in advance!

8/24/2009After a few adds to the map I realized I need to specify some particulars.

1. When you want to add a location, save the map to your maps (button) and then add
2. For this map only add Michigan locations, I have another map called "Foosball Map of USA" which has the rest of the country
3. feel free to post locations here, I will add any
4. please specify what the bar is like, and what type of table they have/quarters/condition -THX!!! :P

Looks nice, being in google and allowing anyone to edit the map may help it stay up to date. Too many nice sites in the past have become stagnant and just plain wrong.

That said, how would I edit and add a location?

This map is open to the public, so save to "my maps" and then click on the 'edit' button to add. Then you can add as many as you like!

It's showing as public now. Wasn't a couple of days ago when I first added it.

Thanks,
