Both of these cats have smoking pull shots, which one do you think has more lateral or forward speed?

Ferndog hits it harder than Johnny, Johnny pulls it faster than Fern.

Sam Dill hits it harder than either of them--he hits it harder than anyone I've seen, and Tracy MacMillan has faster lateral speed than either.

Todd's is slower laterally than T-Mac (these days--back in the day I hear his was clearly the fastest), but faster than Johnny or Ferndog.  And Todd and Gummeson have the smoothest takeoffs.  With Todd's you don't realize how smooth it is until you play against him.  It's like a magic trick, by the time you realize he's started shooting, the ball has disappeared in the goal.

Adrian Zamora and Tom Yore have the best straight/short game with their pulls.

I hear that at a tournament in the 1980s they put a radar gun on people's pull shots; Gummeson's was hit the hardest at that time, but I don't see it now (it's still pretty hard though!).
