Simple answer is YES.
It is worth $75.00 for a new player.

Get some silicone, new balls (fireball) and clean out the bearings.

www.foosball.com for the silicone and balls.

Good luck and happy Foos'n

I would also say yes.

I would suggest getting 4 pads to put under the feet to minimize any movement of the table during play. The table is not that heavy as compared to some commercial models.

The little bottle of Silicon is so you can put 1 drop on each side of the rod to help with lubrication.

That is a low end Shelti table.  Side walls are thin(1"), but the rods, men, etc. are still the higher end parts.  That is a great table for 75 bucks.

Even shelti low end tables are pretty good.  That table will last a long time.  great deal

Looks like a Shelti Foos 100, but is possibly a Shelti Foos 200. The Foos 200 I have played on for years (it's the table I learned on) and is a quality home table. I believe the 100 is the exact same as the 200 but without counterbalanced men; I could be wrong on that front though. $75 is a good price. I think the table is ~200lbs.

Not too strange, they probably feel they received their 400 dollars worth of enjoyment out of it, and figured if they can get a couple of bucks for it, sweet.  And at that price, they got rid of it quickly!  BONUS

As you found out spray silicon does not work well.  This site is a good place to order the right type of lubricant. I imagine you will also need to clean off all the spay that you put on.....

I just bought some of this and it works really well!  Just a drop or two is all you need.
